Buyer Consultation
This is a crucial step in the home buying process. This gives me (your agent), and you (the buyer) a chance to communicate. Here is where I will get an understanding of your needs, preferences, and financial situation to tailor to the home search process effectively. I will also go over the market to include trends and sales so that we have realistic expectations.
Listing Consultation
This is a consultation between a homeowner (seller) and me (your agent) to discuss the process of selling a property, and to establish a working relationship. Here we will do a property walkthrough, and assessment, a market analysis, discuss selling strategies, marketing, my services, the home selling process, and address the sellers questions and concerns.
Broker Priced Opinion (BPO's)
A BPO in real estate is the value of a property provided by a real estate broker or agent. I offer BPO's to lenders and investors alike.
Depending on the details needed for the BPO- they may range anywhere from $45-$100 with additional rush fees applied.
